Alseal ColorSil sealant AS-1100 is a premium acrylic filler . It is flexible and paintable, formulated for sealing gaps and joints, This filler wont crack and fall of as any non-elastic fillers and putties. ALSEAL AS-1100 has a vast color choice, making it easy to match with the colour of the building materials to be sealed. ColorSil sealant is environmentally friendly and economical, and it can be clean up with water. Even without primer its adhesion to most porous surfaces is good.

Limitation
Not recommended for areas subject to continuous water immersion. Not for PE, PP, Teflon, Neoprene and bituminous surfaces. Not paintable with alkyd resin paint because curing inhibition of the paint.

It helps control the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic fumes within a given area surrounded by firewalls for a period of up to four hours, depending on joint configuration.

Applications
